John called about fifteen minutes before I expected him a told me he was on his way. He arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed my problem and had it fixed and lubricated in short order. He’s a real pro and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has a garage door problem.

We have used Precision Door in the past. They installed our new garage doors after the purchase of our home. This morning when my wife left and let the door down it had the bottom roller come out of the guide track. I was able to get it back in myself however I was unable to reengage the trolly. I called Precision and was able to talk to a person and get service with in 2 hours. The technician called when he was 20 minutes out and arrived promptly. He was friendly and listened to my explanation of what happened. He then checked out both doors and openers. Made some adjustments and recommendations for future maintenance. Such as our springs are entering the last 1/3 of their service life. No pressure or trying to up sell anything, just professional observations passed on to make an informed decision. It is refreshing to have a company respond quickly and professionally in this day and age. I have recommended Precision Door to several people because of the service after the sale.
