Our garage door is over 40 years old and got hung up as some of the coldest weather all year was rolling in. Precision Garage Door sent John to us and despite the bitter cold, he got our door operational again. We’ll need to replace all the moving parts eventually, but it was worth it to get the door down with the cold weather. John was polite, informative, and extremely committed to getting our door fixed the right way. When it comes time to do the parts replacement, we’ll definitely be calling Precision!
