I am so happy I called Precision when I realized the garage door spring had broken. Justin came out the same day and looked at the spring and the door and gave me several options from just replacing the spring and some repairs on the door. I knew that the door was more than 20 years old had some damage. I decided to have the door and spring replaced. Justin called the warehouse and found a door and gave me a price to do that and also found a discount for me! The crew came two days later as planned and did the replacement. Joshua was the first to arrive and two additional technicians came as well. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and got right to work.They were done in less than three hours,and it looked fabulous! It was refreshing to have these intelligent and competent young men to do the job and easy to see they take pride in doing a quality install.
