I am so happy I choose precision to repair/replace my garage door about two years ago. Just today, my garage door malfunctioned. I called Precision, and they sent techs out same day. The two techs were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to assess the problem and fixed the issue immediately, this same day. But the best part was they did it for free, did not charge me anything! It is so hard to find reputable companies that don’t charge you everytime they come out or they say the problem is not under warranty. That is why I am so lucky to have found Precision!!!
