Technician was not knowledgeable about the malfunctioning garage door and attempted no troubleshooting. I was given several explanations which made little sense or were easily debunked. I would’ve happily paid for a complete repair, but instead I was charged an exorbitant rate for the least amount of repair which will allow my garage door to limp along until the next issue occurs. When it does, I certainly will not be returning.
