Customer Service Support and scheduler was outstanding. She clearly advised me of what time the Repair Technician would be contacting me by phone prior to reaching my house. Justin Price called and told me he was 6 minutes out. He was very knowledgeable. He performed a thorough troubleshooting process to determine my needs. Once the problem was found. He explained what needed to be done and the cost. He informed me I was still under warranty and he would have to replace with new overhead garage opener. Installation was quick. All remotes were reprogrammed and worked perfectly. He also sprayed all the articulating parts; rollers, springs, and hinges. He also explained all the technical features for this unit. Thank you!!

I made an appointment on line. Dominique Ramos called and came to my home with in the hour. He was very professional, talked with me about the problem. He went over all my options and prices, they offered. Once I decided what I wanted, he didn’t try to talk me into something different. He went to his van, got everything he needed. Had the job done in about 45 minutes. Explained each step as he did the work. Once finished, he explained the warranty to me and he was finished. I was really pleased with the work. I will definitely pass on the name and number to anyone needing help with their door.

installed my new door in April, had a screw pop off and called for service and promptly were here within 3 hours on time! the crew thanked me for letting them fix the problem at no charge and tuned up the hinges and door!
