He was very kind and explained to me what was causing the problem. So I learned how to maintain and use my garage door. He fixed the problem. And checked it again several times. I didn’t have to pay for it. It was covered under warranty. I didn’t know it was covered under warranty but he guided me to the best option. He was very kind to me.
