While he was here, he didn’t pressure me to buy new equipment, but he did point out a few things I might want to keep an eye on. I couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more kind and courteous. I will definitely ask for him again.

We actually contacted two other companies referred by others and neither company showed up or contacted us to cancel the appointment.

Pricing has gone up 4X with company since new ownership! Spring replacement was going to be over1300.00! Found another company to do the same job at a much better rate. Technician that came was very friendly and understanding. Would have liked to continue with this company but not at their new rates!

I’m so impressed with Precision Garage Door Service. They were on time and very professional. I bought two new GDO’s and couldn’t get either programmed. The salesman tried and also couldn’t program. Turns out I bought the wrong ones according to the color of the “learn” button. Couldn’t tel what color it was since the opener is 2007, it was very faded. They actually gave me a discount since I had already bought two brand new remotes. I’m so happy to have a working GDO again and will definitely call these guys when my opener retires! Thank you for your great service!
