My name is Lonnie Richey Sr. I want to thank Dom with Precision Garage Door OKC for the magnificent job he did replacing my garage door opener and rail. He was on time and greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism. He explained what he was going to accomplish step by step. Once he began taking down the old opener he was thorough and ensured that I was able to ask questions if needed. He had everything down and up in about an hour and a half or so. He went through each area and fully explained how each component operated and invited me to ask more questions if I didn’t fully understand. Our technician Jesse was very knowledgeable. Not only did you find a loose wire was our problem and corrected that but he also greased our door which made it much quieter. In spite of everything he did he didn’t charge us anything! You can’t get better service than that!
