Miguel arrived at exactly the beginning of the time window I was given. He took his time to diagnose the problem, explain it to me plainly and give me options to choose from for repairs. As the repairs were about done, my garage door opener itself failed catastrophically. He quickly let me know again what my options were, never pushing me to the most expensive one. What began as a repair wound up being what turned out to be a near full system replacement that was probably about 5 or 10 years overdue!

Zack was professional and worked really hard. He had to work in the attic and it’s hot today. He never took a break and helped me program my opener. He was awesome. I will gladly recommend Precision to my neighbors. Thank you again!
