I found a red topped bolt on my garage floor didn’t know what part it came from for sure but it was around the spring. I asked my handyman about it and he told me to call my garage guy like now and don’t use my garage door. I called Precision it was all most closing time. They came out the next morning and fixed it. That is exceptional service in my opinion. The guys were awesome, they explained where it came from and what they did to fix it. It did have to do with the spring. They are my go to for garage doors and repairs.

Called and told me when he would get to the house and that is exactly what time he got there. Told him what I wanted done. Did it with out trying to get me to do some sort of inspection like the last group I had out and made me pay for that and the. Did not fix my problem. Precision did what I asked and pretty quick. Very pleased.
