Our garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon with both cars stuck inside. I found Precision Doors through a Google search and within an hour they were on the way. Russ was very professional and knowledgeable; he also got everything fixed in time for us to make it to church that night. Would use them again without hesitation.

Service was great, very friendly guy. Did not try to up sell me anything as my garage door was working fine, just wanted normal maintenance to avoid any future problems. Had initial problem with car garage door opener not working after he left, but worked upon my return…strange but okay now.

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful surprise! I was on my way to a workout and could not get the garage door open. I have an appointment early tomorrow morning and was in a panic. Who was I going to get late in the afternoon to come and fix the garage door? And I had no idea what was wrong. So I head to the internet with my fingers crossed and there you all were! This has to be the best December I have had in a long time. What a courteous young man came to my rescue – after an understanding visit with, I believe, Ashley. Don’t think for a minute that you all will not be on my “keep this card” list. I learned so much. And have no doubt I will be calling you after the first of the year to talk about a new garage door.

Luke was the technician that came to my rescue. My garage door opener was not working properly and I wasn’t able to park in my garage. I was very happy with the job that Luke did. The problem was actually the track that my door was on. It needed some adjusting. He got my door functioning properly. I am very pleased with his work.

I am a RN with a crazy schedule but when I was cancelled today, I called Precision and got an appointment for the same day. The technician, Luke was early and very efficient with no pushy sales pitch. I will definitely use them again

Employees were helpful, knowledgeable and never tried to pressure the customer for particular choices as far as service and products. Service delivery was prompt and efficient. Luke was fantastic. Called 30 minutes prior to my appointment to tell me he was on the way and once he arrived he nicely explained everything to me, got to work on the problem had it fixed promptly and was on his way. Called about 1:00pm and Russ was here in less than an hour. Russ was very proffesional and explained everything to a “T”. He did the entire job in a little over an hour. Very satisfied with Precision Door and Russ. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks again guys!
