Very quick and done very fast…only issue I have is when the owner came out to give price to fix the door…would have been great to know the price of a new one…with it only being and couple hundred difference I would have bought the new door…but I am very happy with t he service

When my garage door would not open,even manually, I needed help quickly! After calling about my problem I had an appointment for that afternoon. Imagine my surprise when the technician called and said he would be here at 1:00 when my appointment time was between 1 and 3. This has never happened in my experience. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I also liked the fact that I had an email with names and pictures so I knew who to expect when I opened my door. I would definitely recommend Precision!
