The technician was friendly and not pushy at all. The cost was excessively high, so I chose to not use their service. The technician supplied me with his safety check and said “I understand, let me know if you change your mind” and left. If it wasn’t for the price I would have used their service.

The lone spring on my garage door broke around noon today. My next-door neighbor told me Precision had replaced the springs on her garage door so I called to see when someone could come repair mine. It’s a holiday weekend so I was quite surprised when the lady told me someone could be at my house between 2:00 and 6:00…TODAY!! I received a phone call from one of the men just before 1:30 to let me know they were about 20 minutes from my house. Two gentlemen arrived at my house around 1:50. Both were so polite and professional. They checked my garage door system, looked up the parts and costs, and provided me an all-inclusive estimate which I approved. They got right to work, installed two new springs (which came with a 7 year warranty) along with a new bearing, and completed the job before 2:30. I’m so impressed with the fast service and will continue to be a customer from now on. In addition I will refer my family and others to Precision. Thank you for the wonderful and fast customer service!

Paul did a great job. He came out early and got us fixed up the same day. He was professional and polite. The cost was more than I had hoped to pay but we had several parts to replace and the service was fantastic!

The experience was overall very good. An operator answered the phone on a Sunday morning and technician Jordan Greenspan was on the job just a couple of hrs. later, completing it with the help of Robert in two hrs. total. Both young men were courteous, pleasant and efficient workers. The door works great and with the new wheels is much quieter with smoother operation. Typically I would have called Norman Garage Door who I have used for many years but they don’t work on Sundays. My only reservation is that I think the $1,769 parts, labor and service call charge was higher than what Norman Garage Door would have charged. Other than that I’m satisfied with the experience. Jordan was very professional, very thorough, and very good at his job. I was able to make a same-day appointment to have our old garage door looked at and was able to have a brand new motor installed the same day. Fantastic experience.
