The guy showed up when he said he would, which is nice. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed us different for types and answered every question we asked. The price was right around what we wanted to pay. I have had them replace the springs on my current for, so I upgraded to the premium springs and hardware. He put no pressure on me to upgrade. I would call them again if I need another door.

Precision Garage Door had replaced by garage door two years ago and I went with the upgraded hardware package, which included a longer warranty and better coverage. We moved to Mustang back in 2002 and have had numerous service companies out over the years. From lawn care to plumbers to painters to HVAC to roofers, you name it, we’ve had it. And honestly they’ve all been pretty decent. I had this company out today to fix a garage door that has been a nightmare the last few weeks. And for the first time I wish there was a way to add a “Special Sixth Star” because of the way they just ended our nightmare.
