    Steven was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt. We booked an appointment online (late on a Friday evening) for next day service. Precision was right on time Saturday morning and they had everything on the truck to do the repairs for two doors in about 2 hours.

    A spring broke on our door late Fri. morning. The first company that came up was Precision and it said i could book online. I never thought wane would be able to get svc today, but was able to book an appointment. I got an immediate text and email confirmation. Later Tegan called to let us know he was coming. He showed up on time, He replaced a spring and made sure everything was in order. He was friendly and professional. He was able to even save us some money! We would definately call Precision again!!
