Excellent job but expensive

Called Precision Door after a google search and was impressed with the reviews so I contacted them to service my garage door. Hayden was courteous and professional and did an outstanding job on the repair! I highly recommend this company and the same day service exceeded my expectations!!

My two year old garage door remotes had dropped off the network and I was having a real difficult time reprogramming them (Even, the wall remote wasn’t working). Precision Door OKC had dispatched Dominique R. as our technician. Dom was friendly, courteous, and professional. Without issue, he was able to reprogram both of my remotes and the installed wall button. He had noticed that the chain had been dragging alongside the track and tightened that up as well. All in all, it was a quick and affordable fix. I highly recommend precision door for all your garage door remote needs.

Teagan was outstanding and very patient. He went above and beyond the service we asked for and made sure to put the right parts on. He even helped make a grumpy person like Darren laugh when the cat came in and harassed him. Would recommend Teagan for any job. If he can deal with a Firefighter, he can handle anything.
