After a bad experience with another company, Precision came recommended by a friend, and I’m thankful for it! Teagan was my technician on 10/25/25 and he arrived on schedule which was an immediate improvement over my previous experience. After an inspection, Teagan clearly explained what he found and provided a detailed breakdown of the cost of repairs. I’ll admit, the cost seemed a little higher than I was anticipating, but I had the sense things would be done right, and I was not disappointed. If I had one criticism, it was that there wasn’t a payment plan available or I would have had Teagan replace parts that were still functional, but clearly wearing out. Aside from not being able to break up the cost a little bit, I will still be reaching out to Precision to have those parts replaced when necessary. Thank you for the prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly service provided on such short notice. And a personal shout-out to Teagan for taking the time to find and fix the problem while explaining exactly what was going on in easy to understand terms. You guys are awesome!
