Initial call, Russ discovered my problem was more extensive that just the door opener. The garage door assembly had gone out and my door opener had been doing the heavy lifting for sometime. Russ provided me with the 3 options to fix my problem. I chose to get a new door and opener verses having a repaired door and new opener. Final call,Russ and Luke completed the project in about 3 hours. They were courteous and answered my questions. No trash was left behind. Very professional in performing their job.
