I have used Precision several times through the years. Not only will they come out and perform the work the same day even on weekends and holidays, they do a great job on top of it. Great service and experience every time. Appointment confirmations and receipts are emailed, which is reassuring. The representative always calls before coming out to let you know when they will be there. I never consider calling anyone else when something goes wrong. It is good to know I can count on Precision to fix my issue.

They arrived prior to the two hour window, which was great! After a quick check, they fixed the door to my satisfaction while explaining what was wrong and how they planned to do the repairs. Price was very reasonable and I will definitely call them if I should ever have another problem.
