Phillip and Jack were great. They arrived on time and he knew what was wrong with the door opener immefiately. I too, had improper service from Overhead garage door. After my installation he walked me through and showed me how it would work plus stated and helped me download my app so I could open and close my garage door from my cell phone. I love this. He was polite and helpful!
