The ABSOLUTE BEST garage door company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! After calling another company and waiting 2 days with no technician, I called Precision instead! The lady who scared the phone was super nice and guaranteed a technician out the same day—and he even came out at the exact time promised! Byron was extremely knowledgeable and even made our existing system a million times better—in less than 2 hours! I’ll never call that “other” company again!

The spring broke on our double wide garage door. After discovering it was broken I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and went on “chat” to make an appointment at 1:15 pm. Byron showed up at 3:00 pm (shocked) and very professionally went through the mechanism of the door. The first thing that was wrong was we only had one spring on a double wide door and it should’ve had two. Then everything else was loose and worn. So Byron rebuilt the moving parts, balanced the door and the door worked better than when it was new. I would like to thank Byron and Precision for their excellent service. I’m putting them on my CALL list. That’s 5 ?? stars you guys! So that is springs, rollers, cables, bearings, lubricant etc.
