Have seen Precision ads on tv and liked that they gave senior discounts. It is only 5%(should be 10%)but every bit helps so thanks. Jack was my serviceman and he called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He actually was a little early. Had to have both springs replaced and a problem with the opener on the wall. Jack explained everything and showed me 3 options of service and was finished within an hour. Spent a little under $600($400 for the springs)but knew in advance roughly what they would cost. The rest was tune up maintenance and labor. All in all I think it was a fair price and satisfied with the work. The door opens like it should and is much quietier now. Thanks
