Jack walker and his helper did a great job. He was informative and I had a good understanding of the work they did. They were courteous and helpful. They were very fast at getting the work completed as well.

Car was accidentally driven into garage door. Minimal damage but some twisted hardware. Had used precision before for a broken spring so called them again. Surprisingly they were able to get out the same day. Technician was very articulate and attentive to the smallest of detail ( as some damage was hardly visible. Door looks good and operates excellent

We really like our new door. Installer was great, too. If we ever needed a new one or if anyone asks how we like it, we will tell them we like it. Sorry to be slow, my husband has just had a stroke & remains in Hospital.
