They answer their phone on Saturday morning, and were able to send a tech in about an hour after I called. Justin did a great job, thoroughly went over all my options, and got straight to work once I made my choices. My old garage door openers were 20 years old,and were extremely noisy. One of them out and out quit yesterday, which is why I called Precision today. Very happy with the job Justin did, and glad I called Precision. Here’s hoping these last as long as the old ones did.
