We have been using Precision Garage Doors for several years now. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing garage door service. They have replaced our garage door and have serviced it several times. Even though our warranty had expired they have come out whenever we have had a concern or a problem and have told us on 2 different times that they were not going to charge us because whatever the problem has been that it should not have happened. They have always been extremely prompt (which is something that does not seem to be the norm anymore) and are very polite and knowledgeable. They have always been very meaty and clean and always carry off any trash, boxes, etc. I have no ties to this company. I actually researched them before using them and chose them out of a very long list of garage door companies. They have always come out the same day or the following day after contacting them. If you are looking for a reputable company that stands behind their work and products then this is the company that you need to contact.

From start to finish Phil was polite and honest. He explained everything he felt we needed. But he gave us a couple options to choose from. He was not pushy and let us decide. When we chose one he showed us everything he was going to do and he did. It works beautifully. If you need Garage Door help give them a call. They are amazing. And got same day service.

My experience with Precision has varied depending on the technician. If I could give Robert from yesterday 10 stars, I would! The service a few weeks ago, not so much. I’ve used Precision 3 times now and 2 of those times the service has been top notch.
